My Mom is a Software Engineer

A Book About Problem Solving for Kids

"My Mom is a Software Engineer" is about an African American woman and mother who is a software engineer. She works from home one day while her child is home sick. It's also a book about problem solving and basic steps kids can take to work through a problem whether it's easy or difficult. This is not a book about coding, but it does give young kids an insight into technology and what a software developer does.
